I measure every rebuild with Lighthouse, the same phone test behind Google PageSpeed Insights. Three rebuilds I prepared in October 2026:
A rebuild I prepared for an Orlando contractor: the main content now loads in 1.9 seconds on a phone, down from 33.5. Lighthouse performance went from 27 to 99.
A rebuild I prepared for an Apopka HVAC company: Lighthouse performance went from 50 to 97, and the main content loads in 2.0 seconds instead of 34.1.
A rebuild I prepared for an Orlando pool-care company: Lighthouse performance went from 54 to 97, and the main content loads in 2.0 seconds instead of 28.2.
Home pages, mobile test, median of 3 runs, measured October 21, 2026. Load time is when the main content appears. The businesses aren't named, and these are rebuild drafts I prepared, not finished client projects.

Central Florida comes first, and I'm happy to meet in person around Orlando. Remote clients are welcome: everything works just as well by phone and video.
Can you build my site in English and Spanish?
Yes. I write natural Spanish, not a word-for-word translation, and set the site up so Google shows each visitor the right language.
Who owns the website or software?
You do, once the final invoice is paid. The domain, the code, the content and every account are in your name.
